Alyth

Alyth sits at the foot of the Sidlaw Hills at the boundary between Perthshire and Angus. The older part of the town has Victorian and Edwardian sandstone along Commercial Street and Airlie Street, some of it well-maintained, some ready for renovation. The Alyth Burn runs through the lower town and the properties along it carry a damp history that needs proper assessment before any internal work begins. It is the kind of detail that a contractor unfamiliar with the area would miss.
