Inchture sits mid-way along the Carse of Gowrie between Perth and Dundee, in the shadow of the Rossie Priory estate. The village has a traditional character with older farmhouses and stone-built cottages scattered through the area. Like much of the Carse, the low-lying land near the Tay means that older properties can carry moisture considerations that need accounting for before any internal renovation work begins, it is the kind of assessment that requires someone familiar with this specific type of building.
Lee works across the whole Carse of Gowrie corridor as part of his regular east-of-Perth coverage. Inchture, Errol, and the surrounding farmsteads fall naturally into this circuit. The A90 makes the approach from Perth fast and the service here is no different from anything closer to the city.
